To qualify for admission, the applicant must:

  1. Pass the ISCOF College Admission Test and Interview
  2. Be of good moral character
  3. Submit the following documents

Freshmen

  • High School Card (FORM 38)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Birth Certificate (NSO certified)
  • Four (4) copies of latest 2×2 picture

Transferees

  • Transfer credentials from school last attended
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Certified copy of student’s grades
  • Birth Certificate (NSO certified)
  • Four (4) copies of latest 2×2 picture

Foreign Students

  • High School Records
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Two (2) recommendations (from any of the following: High School Principal. Class Adviser, and Guidance Counselor)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate or Alien Certificate of Registration and Passport
  • Three (3) copies of latest 2×2 picture (identical)

Cross Enrollees

Cross Enrollees are required to bring their student permits from their home school

Admission Procedure

For New Registrants

  1. Pay the Testing Fee at the Cashier’s office.
  2. Proceed to the assigned examination room, present your official receipt to the person in charge and take the exam.

For New and Old Registrants

  1. Secure Enrolment Route slip, Assessment Form (for transferees and old registrants only) and Student Information Sheet from the Office of the Students Affairs and Services. For old registrants, submit ID for validation.
  2. For BSMT and Stewardship Students, submit results of your Dental and Medical Examination.
  3. Upon completion, an interview, issuance of Registration Form and Assessments of subjects by the Department Head follows.
  4. Pay College Council Fee.
  5. Pay Publication Fee.
  6. Pay College Supreme Student Government Insurance and Council Fee.
  7. NSTP (NROTC/CWTS)
  8. Have the Registrar approve your Registration.
  9. Have the Accounting Office assess your payments.
  10. Pay your Fees at the Cashier’s Office.
  11. Submit Approved Enrolment Form to the Registrar. The Registrar issues Class cards.
  12. Submit to the Department Head/Dean a copy of the Registration form.
  13. Finally, submit the Enrolment Route Slip and Student Information Sheet to the Office of Students Affairs and Services. A validated ID will be returned.
